I’ve gotten some questions recently on why I started a second IG page: @eattherainbow_kids… and now blog. 🌈 The idea was to remove some of the “kid food” from my NoshandNourish account and give it its own space to shine. ☀️ Then, once I started the color weeks, I fell in love with Instagram again! It’s been such a great outlet for my creativity.

As you can see from the pic above, Babycakes isn’t much of a baby anymore! She’ll be TEN this year. 😱😱😱 So my Nosh account felt like it needed to grow up a little bit with our family. It will be more plant-based, less lunchboxes, and more just colorful, family meals… Basically how we’re currently eating. 🌱

🌈🌈🌈👶👶👶My rainbow account will continue to be more kid-centered: (ages 2 – 10) is the primary focus, and the recipes / food are simpler. I’ll share more tips + tricks, more mealtime strategies, more helpful products, more inspiration for young eaters, etc… I’ll be bringing on other mom contributors with younger kiddos to be an amazing resource for moms + dads who are interested in feeding their little ones more COLORFUL fruits + veggies. 🍓🍉🍅🍠🥕🍊🌽🍌🍋🥑🥦🥝🍐🍇
