High Protein Apple Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces cottage cheese
  • 2/3 cup apple butter
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/8 cup ground flax and chia seed blend or just one is fine
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream optional
For serving
  • 1 Cosmic Crisp apple core removed, then crinkle-cut or sliced

Equipment

  • 1 food processor

Method
 

  1. Combine the cottage cheese and apple butter in a food processor and blend until smooth. Then add that mixture to a medium mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve with crinkle-cut (or sliced) Cosmic Crisp apples.
