Citrus Guac
š„š„š„š„š„ Avocados are sill a “learning it” food for my daughter (and hubby, lol š). It turns out that what my hubby doesn’t love about guac is that most restaurant-style guac has a LOT of onion… and he likes onion even less than avocados. š¤£š§
So, if I make the guac without onion, or put the avocado in other things like tzatziki or muffins or chocolate mousse, they both eat it happily.
š©āš³ All that to say, sometimes you have to get creative in the kitchen. And if they never love avo toast like I do, that’s ok.

My other guac trick? I add sweet clementines!! I know it sounds weird, but you’ve gotta try it!

You can see me make these on video here. This guac is perfect for serving with breakfast tacos!
